Purpose, configuration and installation

Reinforced concrete wells of the VD series are used for organizing sewer and water intake systems. The product is a special reinforced concrete cylinder with one hole at the bottom and bottom. All designs are manufactured in accordance with GOST 8020-90.

Well bottom slabs are prefabricated reinforced concrete elements of underground engineering structures that are used for constructing wells. Reinforced concrete wells are prefabricated structures that are used for the construction various types underground communications: sewer, water supply, gas networks and inspection wells. The slabs are the base on which the wall rings of the wells are installed on top. Bottom slabs make it possible to ensure tightness and protection of prefabricated wells from destruction, soil collapses and moisture ingress.


Reinforced concrete slabs for well bottoms are used in areas such as road and engineering construction, during the construction of sewer wells and stations, fire and treatment tanks, tunnels, sewers and mines. The data is widely used in the energy sector, during the storage and refining of oil, gas, mineral fertilizers and harmful substances, as well as Food Industry(hoppers and elevators) and in galvanic production. Reinforced concrete wells can be used for high level groundwater or in soils with its seasonal rise.


Concrete reinforced with steel frames, from which well bottom slabs are made, has a number of advantages over other building materials. The strength of concrete allows wells to withstand the load that occurs due to soil pressure, and its dense structure is not subject to erosion by groundwater, thanks to which reinforced concrete wells can be used in most soils. The smooth surface of the slabs does not allow debris to cling and form blockages. In addition, concrete is easily cleaned, and cleaning does not require special equipment or qualified specialists. Elements of prefabricated wells are easily mounted on top of each other. Thanks to this, repairs do not require a complete replacement of the structure - it is enough to simply replace or repair the worn-out element. Inertness is one of the most important advantages; concrete does not have any effect on water quality and, accordingly, can be used for storing drinking water.


The well bottom slab is a round slab corresponding to the diameter of the well. The slabs withstand the loads from the weight of the well structure and transfer them further into the ground.


Reinforced concrete slabs for the bottom of wells are manufactured in accordance with GOST 8020-90 and series 3.900.1-14 issue 1 “Reinforced concrete products for round wells for water supply and sewerage” and RK 2201-82 “Prefabricated reinforced concrete wells for underground pipelines” from heavy concrete strength class for compression from B15. The frost resistance grade of concrete for well covers is accepted to be no less than F100. The waterproof grade is accepted to be no lower than grade W6.

- Why is delivery so expensive?
Delivery is calculated based on the distance of the object from the factory warehouse. The delivery cost is divided by the number of items based on the weight of the product; if you order 1 item, the entire delivery cost will fall on it, but if there are 10 items in the order, the delivery price will be equally distributed over these 10 items.

- Do you work with VAT?

- Why is only the office listed on the website and not the plant?
We are a dealer of factories and operate at our office address. - Do you have a warehouse in Moscow?
